Now dreams come true for the customers who want to construct a versatile swimming pool, which is able to fit different conditions of practical application. Earlier they had to choose among sports, therapeutic, public, wave and children’s kinds of pool. Now, Planeta Neptuna Company proposes to combine all these types into a single versatile swimming pool, equipped with a pneumatic vertical-lift bottom and a transparent partition, which also can change its position and, respectively, the purpose of the pool.

The offered vertical-lift bottom is produced from composite glass-fiber reinforced plastic and acrylic, which provide durability and lightness of the structure. The construction can carry a load of 210 kg/m2 in the up position. In the lowered position, the bottom panel lies in the niche of pool basin, representing integral surface. The lifting bottom is installed on site and is operated by blowing air out of pool floor jets into the lower part of a vertical-lift platform, where it is collected in caissons.

The platform gets lighter than water and rises. Once it reaches the predetermined level, hydraulically operated clamps are put forward around the perimeter of the platform. Air supply stops, and the pumped air seeps through the holes in the caisson upper part so that the bottom is lowered down on the clamps. The vertical-lift bottom can have several positions, including angular position, which is used in wave pools. Pneumatic vertical-lift partition is operated by the principle similar to that of the vertical-lift bottom, with the only difference being that the caisson filled up with air raises a transparent acrylic partition. The pool can be equipped with several partitions for separating different zones. Besides, a transparent acrylic wall in the pool represents a very good design concept, as it does not restrict the space and retains overall conceptual view of the pool. It should be noted that separating zones for different purposes determines the mode changes in water purification system and water heating system according to the present norms.
