All the panels undergo quality selection at the manufacturing plant. Planeta Neptuna Company makes calculations and design documentation for every produced panel according to the given water pressure. Deviations from the assigned parameters are unacceptable.

Planeta Neptuna Company provides a 15-years warranty for waterproofing properties and structural integrity of the acrylic panels in case the operational procedure have been observed.

The period of warranty starts from the date of Completion Certificate signing

The acrylic panels offered by Planeta Neptuna Company are resistant to ultraviolet radiation; they are intended for long-term exterior use in wet and sunny climate. Jointly with the manufacturer we provide a 30-years non-yellowing warranty.

The pressure-tight glazing designed, delivered and installed by Planeta Neptuna Company is safe for using in public and private swimming pools. The underwater windows are designed to withstand an impact of one or two men plus water pressure. The company is not liable for any harm related to intended abusive actions and acts of vandalism.

Any hydrostatic pressure-tight panel produced by our company is resistant to sea water and chlorine influence (the latter should be at the levels acceptable for swimming pools).
